Two Up. Truth. Untruth. Nothing.

Conscious thought.... what is conscious thought. How does one know if they are in fact conscious. I think it is impossible to ever know for sure. I see with my eyes, what do you see with yours? We have ideas about what others see, but it is impossible for me to see through your eyes. All perception is an interpretation made by your individual brain, all of our brains are slightly different. Therefor all of our perceptions are different. Without knowing for 100% certainty what someone else can see how do we know if what someone else sees isn't completely different then our own reality. Truth is an abstract concept, if each of us experiences the world in a different manner, then what is truth? Truth is only what is true for an individual, and even then what an individual sees is different, and an interpretation of the world through signals in our brains. Then how do we know what is real? It is impossible to know, this is what makes movies like the matrix so interesting to people. It addresses the issues of sight and perception. What we see is a signal sent to our brain, so the possibilities of being hooked to a computer where it sends signals telling you what to see and making up patterns, attracts people.

The fact is truth is irrelevant, nothing is true, nothing is. Nothing is the only truth that remains in the world. The only thing you can ever really be sure of is that you can't ever know truth, you can never know 100% of the time. Nothing is 'set in stone' even that phrase makes no sense because stone itself is set up as an idea of permanence. Yes stone will not break down nearly as fast as our bodies do, but it will break down in time. Therefor stone's concept of time is even greater then the concept of human time. A stone takes millions of years to form or break down, with countless thousands of influences determining how it will be formed and what it will be composed of. This is the same as how we form ourselves. We are formed from countless interactions with the world that are impossible to predict and track. So why must we always strive to control everything as humans. Why must there be a continual strive to control and manipulate the world in a way that we see is beneficial. Why try and control the world, when you must simply realize that you have no control. Life is chaos, life is nothing, life is a series of interpreted untruths viewed and interpreted through signals sent to our brain. We as humans are in fact imperfect and how do we know that our signal isn't imperfect and that everything is a lie. We don't we live, we die, we are. This is it. This is life. There is no other truth then that, Nothing is the only truth.

We can always be sure of nothing. For in nothing everything lies.
